"Love in a Headscarf" shortlisted for Muslim Writers Awards
Exciting news! My book Love in a Headscarf has been shortlisted by the Muslim Writers Awards for the Published Non-Fiction category.
The competition is stiff, with some great books also on the shortlist, but I'll be keeping my fingers crossed. The awards will be announced on May 27th.

Best wishes! I'm so happy for you
D'oh! Thought you'd stopped blogging as I was no longer getting alerts. Seems though somehow I had pressed a button and deleted the contact. D'oh!
Anyway, am just reading LIAHS and enjoying it immensely. On behalf of all cricket lovers I would like to apologise for the appalling manners of Syed. A Test Match is one thing, but a hot date another altogether.
Best of Luck!!!
Thanks! I'm keeping my fingers crossed
